MAC prides itself on constantly pursuing an in-depth understanding of real estate. We’re obsessed with it really. So we’re forever analyzing, studying and visiting new buildings, communities and neighbourhoods to develop a deeper understanding of the BC, Calgary and Vancouver real estate markets. It doesn’t make us the most exciting cocktail party guest, unless of course, you like talking about real estate at cocktail parties.
Our services include a wide scope but it all begins with market knowledge. We start with understanding the neighbourhoods we work in, the needs of the neighbourhood and the people within it. From there we work with developers to build the right type of homes for the people that want to live there. We help them with everything from A to Z along the development process, from conception to completion, to ensure we offer every homebuyer the best value; the kind of homes that owners are proud of, and ultimately, hold their long term and re-sell value.
